Full Job description
Ensuring the efficient running of administrative tasks for the Guardian Angels Franchise office, which will encompass coordinating events, projects, ensuring deadlines are met and supporting our franchisees with support queries.
Remit
Guardian Angel carers have an exciting & rare opening for a full time coordination role in our expanding Franchise office.
There will be a requirement for you to support the team with tasks such as:
- Organising exhibitions and coordinate logistics
- Organise team social events
- Produce and distribute Franchisee newsletter
- Managing marketing campaigns and external partners
- Website updates
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Social Media checks
- Screening phone calls
- Supporting franchisees with any queries
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have had previous experience of working in a busy office environment. Have an interest in working in events coordination and a desire to support with admin in a care environment.
You will be the face of the Guardian Angel Carers, greeting prospective franchisees into the office, liaising with heads of departments, franchise managers and engaging with third parties. You will embody the values of Guardian Angel Carers. You will be Compassionate, Professional, Friendly and Reliable.
Requirements
- Educated to GCSE level with C and above.
- Have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
- Previous experience of working with Microsoft Office.
- Training towards or have experience within an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Approachable.
- Ability to manage own work schedule.
