Senior Care Assistant - Chichester
Providing Professional, Supportive, Compassionate Care for our team and clients since 2010

Team Leader
Are you looking to progress your career within care? Do you have the skills and ability to nurture and support our team and clients?
If you do, then we would love to hear from you!
We are looking for new Team Leaders in the Chichester area.
The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to new and existing Care Angels. To be a brand Ambassador and ensure that each person feels confident in their role as a Guardian Angel Carer, in addition to your primary role as carer. This is a great stepping stone for anyone wanting to take that next step in their career from carer.
You will ensure individuals in your team are feeling valued and you will have an understanding of what motivates them, by having more personal contact with members of your team. To provide a communication channel to the Care Supervisors and vice versa.
This will equate to a few additional hours per month on top of your normal carer hours with us.
You will receive an increased hourly rate of £14.25 p/h plus depending on how many colleagues in your team and additional £20 per CareAngel
