Team Leader
Due to the expansion within the Fareham area we have an exciting opportunity for a senior carer with the potential to develop into a Care Supervisor as the branch grows.

We are looking for a Team Leader in the Fareham & Surrounding Areas.
Job Types: Full-Time (ideally)
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
Contract: Guaranteed Hours
About you:
- You are available weekdays with a mixture of 7am starts and 10:00pm finishes and every other weekend.
- You are happy to be included in the on call rota (full training provided)
- You have experience in leading a team
- You have minimum 2 years experience in Care
- You are motivated to work for a company, that aims at providing exceptional care
Your duties:
- Provide in-home care and support to our clients who need assistance with daily activities whilst promoting independence where possible
- Assist your CareAngel Team with regular reviews, spot checks, coaching and training
- Cover on call, on set weekday evenings and on a rolling rota basis with office team for weekends (one in three weekends)
- Lead and join in with regular training and team meetings
- Support with absence management
- Support with branch office duties like emails, call answering and walk in carers and clients queries, as and when needed within your availability.
What we offer:
- Weekdays - £13.25 per hour (due to increase in April)
- Weekends - £14.25 per hour (due to increase in April)
- Mileage pay of 45p per mile

Dependant on number of CareAngels within your team and new CareAngels joining, the pay works out as: Number of people in your team multiplied by £25 per month.
