Team Leader
Supporting our people with honesty, integrity & empathy. Committed to making a positive difference to everyone connected to Guardian Angel Carers
Are you seeking career advancement in the care sector? Do you possess the skills and capabilities required to nurture and support both our team and our clients?
If you do, then we would love to hear from you!
We are looking for new Team Leaders for our Wimbledon & Kingston territory.
The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to new and existing CareAngels. To be a brand ambassador and ensure that each person feels confident in their role as a Guardian Angel Carer.
These responsibilities are in addition to your primary role as carer and will equate to a few additional hours per month on top of your normal carer hours with us. This is a great stepping stone for anyone wanting to take that next step in their career from carer to leader.
You will ensure CareAngels in your team are feeling valued, are regularly supervised and you will have an understanding of what motivates them. You will facilitate smooth communication across the care delivery team, run regular cell team meetings to provide and receive feedback. By having more personal contact with members of your team, this will support colleague retention.
To succeed in this role, you must already be working in a professional care giving role and have achieved or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Lead Adult Care Worker (fully funded, if required).
Continue a rewarding career with Guardian Angel Carers and be part of a team that truly values your contribution. Apply now and make a meaningful difference every day.
We are unable to offer any forms of sp0ns0rship.
Section 7(2b) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 applies that there is a genuine occupational requirement for female staff for these positions. "Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010."
