Are you passionate about using technology to improve care? Do you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and helping others embrace innovative solutions? We’re looking for a TEC Team Leader to join our growing team and support clients in adopting our advanced sensor systems. This role blends client engagement, care leadership, and technology support, with a focus on enhancing the safety, independence, and wellbeing of our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Care Delivery:
Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes.
Support daily living activities, ensuring safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
Additional TEC Support:
Introduce and support clients with our sensor-based TEC systems.
Help clients and families understand and get the most from their technology.
Work alongside care teams to integrate TEC solutions seamlessly into daily routines.
Participate in occasional TEC demonstrations or community events.
On-Call Responsibilities:
Participate in one weekday night on-call and one weekend on-call per month
What You’ll Need:
Experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar care role (senior experience preferred).
Interest in technology and how it can improve care.
Ability to provide leadership and support to colleagues.
Flexibility to cover on-call duties (weekday night + one weekend).
Full driving licence and access to a car.
