CARE SUPERVISOR
Full Time: Up to 40 Hours per Week + On Call Duties
Salary: ÂŁ31,000 per annum

As a Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting both our clients and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery across Winchester & Hedge End and surrounding areas.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Leadership Team while building meaningful relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
What Youâll Be Doing
Conducting client reviews
Ensuring care plans remain person-centred and responsive
Monitor Best Practices and Quality
Direct Reports: supporting and mentoring Healthcare Assistants within your area
Managing concerns, safeguarding and service quality issues appropriately
Liaising with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams
Supporting office operations and compliance processes
Participating in the on-call rota as part of the senior team
Delivering occasional care visits where required to support the service
What Weâre Looking For
Has previous experience in a supervisory or senior care role
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills
Demonstrates professionalism, compassion and reliability
Can support, motivate and develop others positively
Understands person-centred care and quality standards
Works well independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of care legislation and compliance is desirable
NVQ Level 4/BA or above
