In this pivotal role, you’ll be the friendly face and guiding hand that welcomes new talent into our care community. From first contact to first day, you’ll ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth, warm, and professional journey.
What you’ll do as a Recruitment Co-ordinator:
- Upload and screen CVs from our recruitment platforms
- Identify top talent and conduct telephone screenings
- Organise and carry out face-to-face interviews
- Onboard successful candidates to our systems and training platforms
- Complete DBS, right to work, and digital ID checks
- Coordinate and track all mandatory training
- Provide supportive 2-week supervisions with new starters
- Collaborate with our HR Manager and Carer Co-ordinator to ensure every new team member thrives
Salary: £27,360 per year
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday with a commitment to being part of our out-of-hours on call rota
Location: Our office is in Shepperton
What you’ll need to be a Recruitment Co-ordinator:
- Have a minimum of 1 year’s care experience
- Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own reliable vehicle
- Have the right to work in the UK with NO sp0ns0rship requirements
- Be a strong communicator with confidence in IT
- Have a genuine passion for helping others succeed
