Care Supervisor ( Trainee / Entry position )
Job Purpose
Great opportunity to join your Fareham team as a Trainee Care Supervisor
To support the care team both in the field and in the office, including with ‘out of hours’ on-call duties.

Let’s talk about the role, you will:
Ensure we are meeting clients needs, delivering a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led service. In addition, supporting the live in CareAngels to live our brand values: compassionate, professional, friendly, reliable, and quality.
The Care Supervisor does not have regular clients but will assist with taking on new clients and covering CareAngel absences and covering new care visits until a new CareAngel is recruited. The percentage of time spent in the field undertaking care work versus office duties is expected to be 50:50, although this may fluctuate depending on client and carer numbers.
Your skills will include:
· Excellent communication skills written and Oral
· Ability to work in a team
· Self Motivated
· Able to use your own initiative
· Quickly able to build rapport with new people
· Proficient use of tablet and smart phone
· Accurate data recording
You will have:
· Previous Care Experience
· Positive Attitude
· Full UK Driving License
· Business Use Insurance
Your qualifications include:
· Care Certificate
· Desirable but not essential Level 3 in Heath & Social Care
