Guardian Angel Carers, a leading home care provider; are seeking a HR Manager with a focus on system implementation and organisational development. 


Role Requirements:

·      Experience as a HR Manager or Senior HR professional

·      Experience in organisational change and development

·      Successful experience in growing teams

·      Experience in a fast-paced environment

·      Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures in accordance with changes in UK Employment law and best practice

·      Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with staff

·      Self-motivated, flexible and with an enthusiastic approach to work 

The Role:

Guardian Angel Carers are an award-winning home-care provider.

We are currently undergoing significant growth, as we open more branches and now are looking to recruit a HR Manager to join our Senior Leadership team to help support this venture.


£35,000 per Annum 

The Candidate:

A strong, capable individual who can hit the ground running. Working in an environment which is experiencing rapid development, you will be responsible for the organisation development and HR support of the employee lifecycle.

In a company undergoing progression, there will be a heavy focus on employee engagement to ensure the company is working at its optimal efficiency at all times whilst implementing a strong line of communication.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong understanding of HR and Organisational Development and the ability to act quickly to respond to support the business.

You will need to be technically proficient, understand how HR systems work and have a strong of understanding of employment law.


Guardian Angel Carers is based in Apuldram, Chichester. However, your role may on occasion require you to travel, namely to our other branches in Stubbington and Worthing.

Interview Process:

The interview process will be a two-stage process, whilst adhering to social distancing measures within our offices.

1st Stage – Telephone Interview 

 2nd Stage – Face to face interview
