Are you an ideal candidate?

As an ideal candidate you will be ready to start your NVQ Level 5 qualification (fully funded) with at least 2 years’ experience in the home care industry, including managerial capability. You should be professional, compassionate, have excellent interpersonal skills and work well within a team. This is a full-time position, working both in the office and in the field with aspects of an on-call rota and you must be a driver with your own car.

What are we offering in return?

- £28-35k, depending on experience

- Fully-funded NVQ Level 5, if required

What does the role involve?

The nature of the role will be to ensure all aspects of our service are CQC compliant and to support our team of CareAngels in the field. You will also be required to support the business owner with achieving our growth targets whilst ensuring we are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. We require someone who is passionate, dedicated, driven, ambitious and has a clear focus on establishing and growing the branch. If this sounds like you we look forward to hearing from you.
